After working hard for a few months, it finally happend. The BROEI bakery is a fact! After baking our bread in our own kitchen for years, Bouke is now running the BROEI bakery at different location. More space, so that also means, more bread! For example, to take away. The upcoming weeks we will sell a couple of 600 grams sourdough breads in the restaurant, starting at 10AM.
